DigitalStakeout Scout offers a powerful feature that allows you to schedule your dashboards for automated email delivery.
Setting Up Your Dashboard Schedule
1. Dashboard Visibility
- Make Dashboard Visible to Team: Enable this option to share your dashboard with your team members. This ensures collaborative access to the scheduled reports.
2. Email Schedule Configuration
- Enable Email Schedule: Activate this feature to set up automated email delivery of your dashboard.
3. Email Frequency
Choose how often you want to receive your dashboard:
- Daily: Receive updates every day
- Weekly: Get a weekly summary
- Monthly: Obtain a monthly overview
4. Time Settings
For Daily Frequency:
- Hour of Day: Select any hour from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM to receive your daily report.
For Weekly Frequency:
- Day of Week: Choose any day from Sunday to Saturday.
- Hour of Day: Select the time of day for your weekly report.
For Monthly Frequency:

- M: is for specific monitor label
- F: is for specific folder label, all monitor data in the folder will be visualized
