To use the service effectively and responsibly, it’s important to understand what Scan does not do and where its scope ends.

  • Detects signals tied to your personal data (e.g., name, email, screen names)
  • Monitors public-facing content for indicators of exposure or risk
  • Classifies risks by type and severity
  • Sends alerts for high-severity events
  • Provides access to a dashboard and console for reviewing detections

🚫 What Scan Does Not Include

  • No Content Removal or Takedowns
    Scan does not include the ability to request removal of exposed content, impersonation profiles, or data broker entries.

  • No Analyst Hours or Human Investigation
    Scan is fully automated. It does not include live analyst triage, threat analysis, or incident response time.

  • No Custom Feed Engineering or Coverage Expansion
    Feed coverage is pre-configured and cannot be customized beyond initial onboarding indicators.

  • No Guaranteed Identity Match or Coverage of Every Source
    Some websites, apps, or platforms may not be accessible due to technical, legal, or privacy limitations.

  • No API Access or Integration
    Scan does not include access to REST APIs or integration with external platforms.
