To use the service effectively and responsibly, it’s important to understand what Scan does not do and where its scope ends.

- Detects signals tied to your personal data (e.g., name, email, screen names)
- Monitors public-facing content for indicators of exposure or risk
- Classifies risks by type and severity
- Sends alerts for high-severity events
- Provides access to a dashboard and console for reviewing detections

Scan does not include the ability to request removal of exposed content, impersonation profiles, or data broker entries. -
❌ No Analyst Hours or Human Investigation
Scan is fully automated. It does not include live analyst triage, threat analysis, or incident response time. -
❌ No Custom Feed Engineering or Coverage Expansion
Feed coverage is pre-configured and cannot be customized beyond initial onboarding indicators. -
❌ No Guaranteed Identity Match or Coverage of Every Source
Some websites, apps, or platforms may not be accessible due to technical, legal, or privacy limitations. -
❌ No API Access or Integration
Scan does not include access to REST APIs or integration with external platforms.
